The Parish Council considers and comments on any planning applications presented within the boundaries of the Parish to North Somerset Council, who are the planning authority.

Current Planning Applications
The following applications were discussed at the last Parish Council meeting on Wednesday 15 July:

• 09/P/1040/F - 5 Bourton Lane - Erection of a rear conservatory.
• 09/P/1053/RM - 18 Trelawn Close - Erection of two bedroom dwelling.

Any member of the public can make comments on any planning application direct to the District Council, however you can also pass these comments on to the Parish Clerk for consideration at meetings of the Parish Council.

07/P/ 2017/F - The Ridings, land off Pastures Avenue

This planning application, which is for land within our parish, was subject to a Planning Inquiry by the Planning Inspectorate after an appeal by the developers Bloor Homes against North Somerset Council. A copy of the Inspector's decision can be found here (pdf, 96kb).
