The Freedom of Information Act (FOI) governs how we share information with you.
It gives you the right to request information held by us, the council, and we must provide a response in 20 working days. Before requesting information check to see whether it is available on our website, where requests will be handled free of charge.If paper copies of documents are requested, the cost of reproducing them may be passed on to you.
